ARRIVE PREPARED
☐ Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and completely dry, unless otherwise discussed.
☐ Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Wedding-day timing is carefully planned, and punctuality helps ensure a relaxed experience for everyone.
WHAT TO WEAR
☐ Please wear a button-down or zip-up top to your appointment.
This will allow you to change into your dress without disturbing your finished hairstyle.
HAIR EXTENSIONS

☐ Your inspiration photos are a guide — we will personalize the look to suit your features, colouring, and personal style.
ARRIVE PREPARED
☐ Please arrive with your face clean and moisturized.
☐ Avoid applying heavy makeup before your appointment.
☐ Please let us know ahead of time about any skin sensitivities, allergies, or product concerns.
☐ Please also let us know if you have any sensitivity to fragrances or scents, so we can make your experience as comfortable as possible.
LASHES
☐ False lashes are available for an additional $15.00.
☐ Please let us know if you would like lashes added to your makeup service.

To secure your event date and reserve our dedicated artistry team, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
This retainer is applied toward your total balance and ensures that all details outlined in your contract—including timing, services, and artist allocation—are exclusively held for you.
Because we accept a limited number of bookings to maintain the highest level of care and attention, this retainer guarantees your place in our schedule and allows us to begin preparing every element of your bespoke beauty experience.
The remaining balance is due on or before the date specified in your contract. All payments confirm your agreement to the terms and services provided, and ensure a seamless, fully prepared, and luxury-level experience on your wedding or event day.
